These terms cover the Transica website, dashboard, free scans, agent tests, comparisons, connectors and hosting. You must be 18 or older to use Transica. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.
Transica is operated by an individual based in India. “We” and “us” mean the operator. Questions go to support@transica.dev.
Agent tests and comparisons use AI agents that we run and configure. They stand in for the AI assistants people use. They are not ChatGPT, Claude, Instinct or any other vendor’s product, and no AI vendor runs, endorses or reviews them.
Results show how our agents did on your site, on that day. Another AI app, or the same one tomorrow, may do better or worse.
We can’t make any AI app rank, recommend, cite or list your site. We can’t make a directory or app store approve your connector. Reports show what we saw, how we checked and which rules version we used.
Agent tests, connectors and hosting need proof that you control the site. We check it with a file, a meta tag or a DNS record before anything runs.
Our scanner calls itself TransicaBot, follows robots.txt and never gets around access restrictions or challenges. Scans and tests check how well AI agents can use your site. They aren’t penetration tests or security audits, and a good result doesn’t mean your site is secure.
You’re responsible for what the tools and accounts you approve can do on your site.
You need an account for agent tests, connectors and hosting. Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what people you invite do in your organisation.
Plans, prices and included usage are on the pricing page. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription to you, takes payment, and handles tax and invoices. Its own terms also apply to your purchase.
Paid plans renew each month or year until you cancel. Usage past what your plan includes is charged at the listed prices, up to the monthly spending limit you set. We’ll tell you by email before a price change applies to your plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.
You keep the rights to your site content, your tasks and your results. You let us process them to run Transica for you. We don’t publish your reports or use them as testimonials. A share link shows a report to anyone who has the link, until you turn it off. How we handle data is in our privacy policy.
We work hard to keep Transica accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, as far as the law allows. We don’t promise it will be error-free, always online or fit for a particular purpose. AI agents are unpredictable, so results can differ between runs.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, rankings or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the greater of what you paid for Transica in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
We may suspend or close access that breaks these terms or puts other people or sites at risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first. You can stop using Transica at any time, cancel your plan from Billing, and ask us to delete your account.
We may update these terms. For a material change, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. A change needed for legal or security reasons may apply sooner. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Transica after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru (Bangalore) handle disputes. If you’re a consumer, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
